Overview 

The Senior Business Systems Analyst will be an advanced subject matter expert (SME) and have significant experience in CRMs such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365, etc. This position will also lead process changes, project planning, workshops, documentation, and be responsible for delivering quality client deliverables. The person will use effective communication skills to collaborate with business stakeholders to understand the existing system and recommend future enhancements. 

  

What You'll be Doing: 

  • Understand business priorities to effectively coordinate multiple streams of work at one time. 
  • Translates stakeholder inputs into meaningful business requirements and rules, and then into stories that the scrum teams can deliver against. 
  • Analyze, design, and implement solutions for industry-leading CRM Platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and so on. 
  • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the CRM platforms and products with support from Solution and Full-Stack Engineers. 
  • Lead periodic platform health reviews with internal stakeholders and create a platform health roadmap. 
  • Proficient in owning/managing product backlog, requirement elicitation, user story creation, resolving dependencies between inter/intra teams, wireframing and creation of as-is and to-be process flow diagrams. 
  • Experience with research, gathering and analyzing documents for business needs and requirements, experience with stages of development including collaboration with shareholders, client requirements, stories and use cases. 
  • Follow best practices for Scrum Management, Business and Systems Analysis & Design, Quality Assurance, Data Analytics and Reporting. 

  

Qualifications 

  • Must be a citizen of Canada. 
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or Computer Science or Engineering and 8 or more years of experience in the Information Technology area 
  • 5-10 years of strong experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Technical Scrum Master, or another similar role 
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering large, enterprise-wide projects that involve several departments and senior stakeholders. 
  • Strong experience in a professional services environment, ideally working for professional services firms such as Deloitte, PwC, E&Y, Accenture, etc. 
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment. 
  • Solid understanding of QA concepts, methodologies, testing principles and processes in testing of ERP and CRM solution 
  • Proven experience of functional testing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Finance & Operation (F&O) 
  • Strong understanding of at least one industry standard CRM platform (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365, etc.) coupled with strong functional knowledge in at least one industry (ex: SaaS, eCommerce, Manufacturing, etc.). 
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, and handle and prioritize simultaneous requests. 
  • Knowledge of Scrum and experience in planning and leading projects. 
  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
