Job description

Genesis10 is seeking a Claims SME Analyst for a contract with our client in Eden Prairie, MN. 100% Remote.

Job Description:

Claims SME and deep understanding of EDI transactions especially 837 Institutional claims

Required Skills:

EDI payer knowledge and understanding of EDI Institutional 837 transaction
Understanding of payer EDI companion documentation and provider billing manuals and how that needs to translate into the 837I loop and segment information
Ability to analyze claim denial codes going to a provider
Ability to document business requirements of changes needed for customer to create proper billing for 837I claims out of their proprietary EMR system
Ability to review claim test files and work with the customer and their payer partner to review and resolve testing to confirm changes are working
Strong interpersonal and communication skills - will be working with the leadership team at the client

Desired skills:

Basic understanding of EMR system and how the billing gets produced to go to the payer

Compensation: Hourly W2 pay rate $95- $100
