What’s the role?

 

The NetSuite System Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day management, configuration, and optimization of Crownpeak's NetSuite environment. This role will ensure the platform is running efficiently, support end-users, and implement system enhancements to improve business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in NetSuite, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

 

What will you do

 

  • System Administration
    • Manage and maintain the NetSuite platform, including user roles, permissions and system configurations
    • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity
    • Perform regular system updates, patches and upgrades
  • User Support and Training
    • Provide technical support to end-users, resolving issues related to NetSuite functionality
    • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to ensure users are proficient in NetSuite
  • Customisation and Optimisation
    • Customise NetSuite to meet business requirements, including creating custom fields, forms, records and workflows.
    • Optimise existing processes and workflows to improve efficiency and user experience
  • Integration and Data Management
    • Manage integrations between NetSuite and other systems (e.g. Salesforce, Concur, CRM, ERP, etc.)
    • Oversee data imports, exports, and migrations, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Reporting and Analytics
    • Develop and maintain custom reports, saved searches, and dashboards to support business decision-making
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis
  • Compliance and Security
    • Ensure NetSuite complies with company policies and regulatory requirements
    • Implement and maintain security best practices to protect sensitive data
  • Project Management
    • Lead and participate in NetSuite-related projects, including new implementations, enhancements and process improvements
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

Who are you?

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in NetSuite ERP, including SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow and SuiteScript
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite modules (e.g. Financials, CRM, Order Management, etc.)
  • Experience with NetSuite integrations and third-party tools
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.

It would also be a plus if you had:

  • NetSuite Administrator Certification is strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of SQL, JavaScript and other scripting languages
  • Experience working in a SaaS or technology-driven company
  • Strong technical and systems integration background
  • Extensive experience with leading financial systems consolidation projects
  • Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies
