About the Role:

Are you a goal-driven individual with a passion for sourcing top talent? We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join our dynamic team! This role is essential in driving our hiring efforts by sourcing, screening, and managing candidates. You will work closely with senior recruiters and leadership to align sourcing activities with business goals while also providing administrative support to increase total headcount.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing & Screening:

  • Utilize various platforms (internal/external databases, social media, cold calling, texting, email) to source candidates.

  • Screen candidates for skills, availability, and credentials before passing them to recruiters.

  • Assist in job matching candidates to open positions and document all information.

  • Manage candidate lead flow and ensure timely distribution to recruiters.

  • Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in the database.

Recruitment Support & Administration:

  • Assist recruiters with reference checks, candidate profiles, resume editing, and credentialing.

  • Upload and manage documents in internal and external systems.

  • Communicate with clinicians to collect timesheets via phone, text, and email.

  • Support recruiters in creating candidate submittal profiles and job matching.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with managers and recruiters to coordinate sourcing activities.

  • Keep leadership informed of sourcing progress and any challenges.

  • Attend required virtual and in-person meetings, including company-wide events, client meetings, and industry conferences.

Additional Duties:

  • Maintain a clean, secure, and organized workspace.

  • Engage in professional development and training to enhance recruitment skills.

What We’re Looking For:

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; B.S. Degree preferred.

  • 1+ years of experience in recruiting or a related field preferred.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

  • Proficiency in databases, MS Word, and Excel; ability to learn additional company applications.

  • Excellent phone, text messaging, and email communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Goal-driven mindset with a history of meeting performance targets.
