You:

As Talent Acquisition Director, you will drive our talent acquisition strategy, ensuring we attract, engage, and hire top talent globally. You will oversee the Talent Delivery team and Employer Branding, ensuring a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates while enhancing our employer brand positioning. You will leverage data analytics to drive insights, measure success, and continuously optimize talent acquisition strategies. Acting as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, you will align hiring initiatives with business objectives, ensuring we scale effectively and competitively.

Your day to day:

            Strategic Talent Acquisition & Delivery

  • Manage a team of recruiters and inspire them to find and attract top talent to Feedzai.
  • Design and guarantee implementation of an efficient and metric driven approach to recruitment and selection processes.
  • Design, implement, and enforce consistent policies and procedures across all areas to ensure alignment and compliance.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and reduction of manual processes.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates. 
  • Build a scalable hiring strategy, optimizing processes and tools to support business growth.
  • Partner with senior leaders and People Partners to align talent acquisition with workforce planning and business strategy.
  • Provide market intelligence on talent trends, competitor hiring activities, and industry benchmarks.
  • Act as an advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), embedding best practices into recruitment strategies.
  • Collaborate with People Partners and Total Rewards to ensure competitive and compelling hiring packages.

Employer Branding

  • Drive global employer branding strategy to position Feedzai as the employer of choice.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing and communications teams to enhance employer brand visibility across various channels.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience that reflects the company’s culture and values.

Data-Driven Approach

  • Establish and monitor TA performance metrics, including hiring funnel data, quality of hire, cost per hire, and sourcing effectiveness.
  • Utilize analytics and market intelligence to optimize recruiting strategies and improve stakeholder decision-making.
  • Generate and present insightful reports to leadership, identifying trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Implement technology and AI-driven solutions to enhance TA efficiency and effectiveness.

Your know-how:

  • 15+ years' related experience in global Talent Acquisition
  • 7+ years in a leadership role, managing a team
  • Specific Talent Acquisition experience
  • Experience in leading and supporting cross-functional projects, interacting effectively with all levels of the company
  • Mastery around operational processes and tools
  • Experience in the Tech Industry and growing companies with the potential to IPO will be considered a plus.
  • Experience in high-growth, fast-paced, or matrix organizations
  • Proficiency in ATS, CRM, and HR analytics tools (e.g., Greenhouse, LinkedIn Talent Insights, Power BI, or similar).
  • Fluency in English (mandatory).
