Job Summary:
As a Paid Social Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing paid social media advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, traffic, and conversions for our innovative & transformative digital health and e-commerce clients. Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy and Planning:
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand campaign objectives and target audience.
Develop paid social media strategies aligned with client goals.
Create detailed campaign plans, including budget allocation and ad creative.
Campaign Execution:
Set up and manage paid social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
Create and optimize ad content, including ad copy, images, and videos.
Monitor ad performance and make adjustments to optimize campaigns for key metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, ROAS).
Audience Targeting and Segmentation:
Conduct audience research and segmentation to maximize ad relevance.
Utilize audience-targeting features and tools offered by social media platforms.
Implement retargeting and lookalike audience strategies.
Ad Creativity and Content:
Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad content.
Ensure ad content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using social media analytics tools.
Generate regular reports to track KPIs and campaign effectiveness.
Provide insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization.
Stay Updated:
Stay informed about industry trends and updates on social media advertising platforms.
Recommend and implement new strategies and features as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
Proven experience (typically 2+ years) in paid social media advertising.
Certification in social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Blueprint) is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging ad content.
Familiarity with social media management and scheduling tools.
Knowledge of A/B testing and optimization techniques.
