Job Title: Remote Head Of Sales (100% Work From Home)


Location: Remote from Latin America


Position Type: Full-time


Salary: $3,500 - $7,000 USD/month (Base + Performance-Based Incentives)

Base salary depends on experience. After onboarding and trial period, earnings grow with commissions, and can reach up to $7,000/month.


Schedule: Monday - Friday, specific hours to be determined. Time zone - PST




Job Overview:

Our client is a licensed and insured family-owned moving company located in Southern California. We have over 9 years of moving experience and provide services like local & long-distance moving, residential & commercial moving, packing & unpacking, as well storage. They know that moving can be stressful. Their goal is to make moving easy for every customer. They achieve this goal by providing extra support and guidance to all their clients throughout the entire moving process and paying extra attention to their custom needs.



Responsibilities:

  • Break down overall sales goals, analyze data, and develop specific action plans to achieve targets.
  • Analyze current strategies and implement improvements and innovations.
  • Lead and manage sales managers to ensure goal achievement.
  • Conduct ongoing one-on-one meetings and provide daily feedback.
  • Identify inefficiencies in sales processes, including but not limited to sales flow, scripts, follow-up systems, management processes, tools, software, and integrations.
  • Oversee hiring, candidate evaluations, and training programs to enhance team performance.
  • Set priorities and manage the team’s time effectively.
  • Participate in ongoing meetings with the VP and/or CEO.
  • Perform other related responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies: :

  • Fluent English
  • Ability to work PST time zone hours
  • Previous managerial experience - at least 4 years
  • Previous director experience (working with managers) - at least 1 year
  • Previous sales experience - at least 2 years, B2C
  • Experience working in home services or other services companies is a plus
  • Good technical skills
