Job description

Paradigm is a software company transforming the way that the residential, construction & building product industries operate across the globe. We are looking for a Customer Success & Implementation Consultant to be part of revolutionizing these industries.

This will be a challenge role, and we are trying to be the best in class. Your previous playbook & experience will be a good place to start-but you will need to be agile and innovative.

What You Will Do:

  • You will be the point of contact for questions & escalations of Paradigm Vendo customers. You will manage client feedback without supervision, for a win-win solution.
  • You will be the POC for Vendo Implementations and be responsible for successful outcomes.
  • You will facilitate contract renewals (making sure customers are in the right packages), notify customers of any change of services and help upsell existing contracts.
  • You will facilitate relationships between business and technical teams. You will assist with any billing/payment issues.
  • You will work in Salesforce to track your activities.
  • You will send out Paradigm “swag” and connect with clients in a variety of methods.
  • You will be a Paradigm product evangelist, identifying and showcasing exponential value to client contacts at all levels (from end users to executive level).
  • You will stay current on industry trends and challenges; you will be recognized as a Subject Matter Expert and provide this value add to Paradigm’s clients.
  • You will provide “in the field” insight into potential product evolutions and offerings and real time feedback on user experience.
  • You may travel to customers & trade shows as needed.


What You Need to Succeed:

  • 2+ years of client relations experience; performing activities such as marketing, project management, information technology, analysis and /or business/public relations.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field or an equal amount of related professional experience
  • You are known for your excellent collaboration & relationship building skills with an ability to prioritize, negotiate & coordinate work with a variety of internal & external stakeholders. This may include team members in product, service, marketing and operations (in multiple offices & internationally).
  • You are flexible, able to adjust and change direction as the business & tech environments evolve & change. You are entrepreneurial in spirit; unchartered territories & problems energize you.

Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. Most roles at Paradigm have three levels, Associate, Mid and Senior. Our pay ranges are inclusive of all three levels (if applicable), our US based Associate level pay begins at $ 64,425 for this role. The salary does not reflect total compensation, which includes base salary and benefits. These compensation levels are subject to an annual review.
