We are seeking a highly motivated and relationship-driven Brokerage Relationships Consultant to cultivate strong partnerships with key brokerage houses, including Lockton, WTW, Alliant, Gallagher, Mercer, Marsh McLennan, and Aon. This role is vital in ensuring that the producers at these brokerages fully understand the unique value propositions offered by Businessolver and Benefitsolver.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with brokerage house producers to promote the Businessolver and Benefitsolver value propositions.
  • Conduct presentations and training sessions to educate producers on our services and benefits offerings.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for brokers, addressing inquiries and providing support as needed.
  • Generate a robust pipeline through referrals and recommendations from brokers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and improve service offerings based on broker feedback.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to continuously improve our positioning in the marketplace.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in relationship management, sales, or business development within the insurance or benefits industry.
  • Strong network and established relationships with producers in Lockton, WTW, Alliant, Gallagher, Mercer, Marsh McLennan, or Aon.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Disciplined, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
