Regional Leasing Manager

Position Overview

The Regional Leasing Manager will have a proven track record, be able to provide competent and effective leadership, ensuring the growth and success of the company, as well as employees, while maximizing the overall operating performance and effectiveness of the Regional Leasing team. The Regional Leasing Manager supports the Regional and Market Director of Operations and supervises all leasing coordinators in the markets assigned to the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be a motivator, a good communicator, and a hands-on manager
  • Maximize the overall operating performance and effectiveness by setting team goals and KPI’s, monitoring regional/market KPI’s, and applying corrective actions where necessary
  • Collaboration/coordinating of all advertising/marketing tools
  • Providing superior customer service
  • Effective and results driven leadership
  • Research trends in each market to keep the leasing team up to date, recommend price drops, and align marketing strategies to those trends for optimal performance
  • Provide leadership, guidance and delegate priority tasking to leasing teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Monitors workload amongst leasing team, allocates resources where appropriate within the regional markets, and recommends hiring based on data and market growth
  • Trains, supervises, develops, and terminates the employment of those supervised in accordance with company policies and directives


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in property leasing, marketing, or customer service
  • Must have strong experience with leasing and marketing single and multi-family properties
  • Proven track record of success in leading effective teams, reducing days on market, identifying and reacting to market trends, and analyzing data to drive decision-making
  • Clear understanding of the budgeting process and effective financial management and analysis.
  • Strong asset/portfolio management and operational experience.
  • Exceptional leadership, management, and coaching capabilities.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
