Key Responsibilities:

  • Elevate customer satisfaction with your proactive, high-quality service
  • Identify and capitalize on client needs, turning opportunities into growth
  • Stay ahead by mastering current products and continuously learning about new ones
  • Anticipate client requirements, and consistently exceed their expectations
  • Build lasting, trust-based relationships with clients to secure long-term partnerships
  • Ensure smooth, timely delivery of our innovative solutions, meeting customer needs
  • Provide insightful, results-driven reports to management on a weekly basis
  • Unlock new business potential from existing accounts and target areas for improvement to hit and exceed sales quotas
  • Proactively forecast and monitor account performance (e.g., monthly and quarterly sales results, annual projections)
  • Tackle challenging client issues with confidence, finding solutions and escalating when necessary
  • Act as the go-to contact for all matters related to your accounts, fostering strong customer connections
  • Deliver powerful, persuasive presentations showcasing our market-leading products
  • Keep all sales activities up to date within our CRM system, tracking your success every step of the way
  • Collaborate with team members and departments to maximize sales effectiveness

  • Valid driving license for Romania and Bulgaria

Bonus Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Hands-on experience with CRM & Sales systems (Salesforce Ecosystem)
  • Knowledge of the Romanian angling market or a passion for carp fishing

Language Skills:

  • Romanian native proficiency
  • English Business level proficiency
  • Bulgarian intermediate level proficiency as bonus
