The Opportunity

The Enablement Specialist will serve as a key program manager, partnering with sales, technical teams, and business stakeholders to design, execute, and optimize enablement initiatives that drive sales readiness and productivity. This role emphasizes comprehensive program management—overseeing end-to-end enablement projects and leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.

What You’ll Do…

  • Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of global enablement programs, ensuring consistency and scalability across regions.
  • Manage new hire onboarding and ongoing training initiatives for sales and technical teams.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align enablement programs with business objectives and drive measurable impact.
  • Schedule and coordinate regular learning and development sessions, workshops, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Develop and manage enablement content, collateral, and tools that support sales readiness and enhance performance.
  • Oversee the implementation of sales enablement strategies, ensuring seamless integration into daily operations.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to refine enablement programs based on feedback and evolving business needs.
  • Utilize Salesforce, Power BI, and LMS platforms to monitor and assess the effectiveness of enablement initiatives.
  • Analyze program data to identify gaps, measure impact, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare performance reports to support strategic decision-making and drive program enhancements.
  • Build strong relationships with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to understand their challenges and align enablement efforts.
  • Facilitate engaging live and virtual training sessions, workshops, and interactive learning exercises.
  • Serve as the central point of communication to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and resources on various programs.

Who You Are…

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales enablement, training, or program management with a proven track record in executing global enablement initiatives.
  • Strong program management and coordination skills, with an ability to drive strategic decisions through data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Power BI, and LMS platforms for monitoring and evaluating program performance.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive enablement strategies.
  • Familiarity with enablement tools such as Highspot, Docebo, Chorus, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Preferred: experience in enterprise software, SaaS, Cloud, proven success in sales coaching, ability to travel up to 10%.

US Pay Range

$51,000—$146,000 USD
