As a Senior TPM, you will oversee a team of 4-6 engineers both locally and abroad, ensuring the successful execution of this critical program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the complete transformation of a legacy application, focusing on the design, implementation, and scaling of a new geocoder system.
  • Drive the architecture and integration of the geocoder with multiple internal products and external systems.
  • Manage the roadmap for the geocoder transformation project, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of data-centric projects, including the use of automation and AI technologies to streamline processes.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, and logs while tracking and reporting progress.
  • Conduct regular stand-ups, ensuring clear communication and tracking of progress across cross-functional teams.
  • Manage and mentor a team of 4-6 engineers, providing guidance and fostering collaboration in a hybrid work environment (locally and abroad).
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure project requirements, timelines, and goals are met.
  • Ensure robust testing, performance, and scalability of the new geocoder and integrated solutions.

Required Skills:

  • 7+ years of experience in technical program management with a focus on large-scale, data-driven projects.
  • Experience with geocoding or mapping APIs, and knowledge of related technologies.
  • Deep technical expertise in geocoding and geospatial technologies.

  • Proven ability to manage complex technical projects, especially in the context of data and geospatial applications.
  • Strong understanding of architecture and automation.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience managing both local and international teams.
