Overview

As an off-price retailer, we generate more than $9B in sales through our nationwide network of stores.
This rolewill have the overall responsibility for store fixture inventory, including maintaining accuracy of stock levels, stock movement, replenishment, obsolescence, and cost controls and will also be responsible for identifying trends in usage and potential issues, and making recommendations to optimize fixture management, ensuring the correct fixtures are available to support sales operations while minimizing excess inventory and costs.
A Day in the Life
Monitor ~ $80M in fixture inventory levels and identify trends to optimize inventory management
In partnership with the department Director, 3PL Manager, and Procurement, provide all information necessary to execute all store fixture buys
Analyze inventory data to identify cost reduction opportunities
Develop, maintain, and supply inventory reports and dashboards – daily, monthly, quarterly
Collaborate with 3PL and Merchandising partners for sales forecast estimates for new products based on like product history, sales inputs, and projects potential cannibalization of existing products
Demonstrate insightful use of financial data to provide practical advice to business partners and management to drive business results
Demonstrate a good understanding and knowledge of accounting principles and internal controls and apply them to daily functions
Identify errors and/or trends in system data to improve accuracy, timeliness and general flow of transactions and accounting data and research problems and resolve when necessary
In partnership with Finance partners and the department Director, complete all monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets and financial forecasts
You Will Come With
Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Finance or related field preferred
2+ years experience in inventory management and demand forecasting required
Experience with retail fixtures is preferred
Strong skills with MS office, and advanced excel
Ability to travel as needed up to 25%
