Job Title: Inventory and Procurement Associate
Location: Remote (EST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 2200 USD

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Our client is a fast-paced organization focused on maintaining efficient supply chains and ensuring seamless operations through robust procurement and inventory management practices.

Position Overview:

The Inventory and Procurement Associate will work closely with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure the product pipeline operates smoothly, supporting production and sales objectives. The role involves data management, report generation, and coordination across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter purchase orders (POs) and collaborate with IT to resolve ticket issues.
Set up and track Bills of Materials (BOM) for white-label projects.
Generate weekly inbound shipping reports in coordination with the Quality Team.
Provide vendors with required proofs, testing, and invoicing details.
Schedule freight pickups and deliveries with warehouses.
Summarize weekly invoices and set prioritization with management.
Maintain a database of artwork proofs and up-to-date product labels.
Track ongoing white-label projects and provide weekly SKU-specific reports.
Maintain inventory reports of raw materials and subassemblies.
Source promotional materials for the marketing department.
Develop and maintain Finished Goods Specification documents in collaboration with vendors.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
Familiarity with inventory management or procurement software (Acumatica preferred).
Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines.

Nice-to-Haves:

Prior supply chain experience.
