What is the role about?
We are looking for an experienced Workday Security Consultant who has in-depth knowledge of Workday security frameworks, security groups, and business process security policies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in managing Workday security roles, resolving security issues, and ensuring data integrity and compliance.
Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday Security.
Gather documentation and liaise with client staff.
Perform engagement procedures to identify and define security-related issues.
Review and analyze evidence and document business processes.
Prepare working papers to support results of security-related procedures.
Gather and identify business requirements to develop technical security solutions.
Anticipate and communicate security risks in Workday implementations.
Identify root causes of security defects and propose/implement remediation.
Contribute to project teams in all phases of security-related initiatives.
Assist in multiple workstreams as needed.
Participate in client-facing meetings and support security-related workshops.
As a VR consultant, you will have the flexibility to manage your own day, as long as you meet your set objectives and client demands. Often your team will be a mix of on-site and remote based members who will connect using IM, video calls and an online ticketing system. Good communication skills and time management is essential for this role.
