Title

Microsoft Infrastructure Consultant

Description

The Microsoft Infrastructure Consultant serves as a Team Member and/or Microsoft Subject Matter Expert within the Consulting Services division of BlueAlly. The Microsoft Infrastructure Consultant must be able to lead small to mid-size initiatives, work independently and/or as part of a team, and develop an in-depth technical understanding of the Microsoft working environment for Clients across numerous industries and/or verticals.

Responsibilities

Applies technical expertise to address business challenges
Leads a team focused on a project
Develops and delivers briefings and presentations for clients
Produces relevant documentation
Manages single project budget and schedule (with assistance, as needed, from a Project Manager, where applicable)
Develops and presents relevant reports and customer-facing documentation

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Current/Relevant Microsoft Certifications such as, but not limited to, Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert, Azure Administrator Associate, and/or Security Administrator Associate

Knowledge & Experience

10 years relevant industry experience with at least 3+ years of recent experience in Microsoft Infrastructure consulting role
Functions as a Team Member and/or Microsoft Subject Matter Expert
Ability to act independently
Leads small to mid-size initiatives
In depth technical understanding of the Microsoft working environment
Detailed knowledge of all aspects in one or preferably more of the following:
- Microsoft 365
  - SharePoint Online
  - Exchange Online
  - Power Automate
  - Entra ID
- Microsoft Azure
