This is a great opportunity to work with Bridgeforce Data Solutions cross-team members on the continued evolution of our suite of solutions, which provide an industry-leading set of tools to help data furnishers in the credit bureau reporting and disputes ecosystem. 

In this remote summer internship as a Systems Analyst, you will gain industry experience in QA/QC processes related to application development, use of AI agents, data and error handling, and alerting.  You will also gain experience with requirements development, production rollout processes, and customer communication. 

If you are looking to gain Redshift and/or Tableau skills, you will get that opportunity.  It’s a plus if you already have these skills, if you don’t, you’ll be able to develop them.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work with the Requirements Engineering and Quality Assurance leader to enhance and execute QA/QC processes.
  • Translate complex technical or business information into easily understandable requirements or user guides.
  • Design workflow charts.
  • Define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures to ensure the quality of products and technical operations.
  • Support the business analysis and quality assurance team in developing plans and strategies for enhancing existing systems and building new systems.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Capable of working independently and being accountable to deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Talented at taking initiative and being self-motivated
  • Pursuing a degree in information technology, computer science, or other technology-focused major
  • Advanced analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • MS Office experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are required; experience with Visio is a plus

Additional Information

The selected candidate must be able to work remotely 40 hours per week (M-F) during the summer.  There is possibility of travel for limited in-person meetings in either the Atlanta, GA or Wilmington, DE areas.  The pay range for the position is dependent upon the selected candidate’s prior experience and is estimated to be $20-$25 per hour worked.  Depending upon business needs, there may be opportunity for flexible part-time hours during the fall semester.

This is a remote position which can work anywhere within the United States and is not restricted to a specific geographic region.
