Position Overview 

 

As a Senior Specialist, Integrations, you will play a key role in onboarding and training customers while ensuring seamless integration between SalesPro, Salesforce, and third-party tools. You will lead technical implementations, configure Salesforce workflows, and develop automation solutions to optimize customer workflows. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach to drive adoption and long-term success. 

 

Responsibilities 

Onboarding & Training 

  • Conduct interactive Zoom training sessions to ensure customers effectively use SalesPro and related tools.
  • Lead technical onboarding, including custom configurations and integrations tailored to customer workflows.
  • Provide backend training on Salesforce data structures, custom objects, and automation (flows/process builder).

 

Salesforce Administration & Configuration 

  • Configure Salesforce-based workflows and ensure seamless data synchronization.
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings in Salesforce.
  • Develop custom reports, dashboards, and automation to enhance customer experience.

 

Integration & Technical Implementation 

  • Implement API-based integrations between SalesPro, Salesforce, and third-party tools.
  • Write basic scripts (e.g., JavaScript, Python, or Apex) to support automation and data transformations.
  • Troubleshoot integration failures and work closely with engineering to resolve technical challenges.

 

Customer Support & Solution Development 

  • Work closely with customer success, product, and engineering teams to optimize customer workflows.
  • Identify and develop solutions for complex business requirements, leveraging coding and admin skills.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring customers maximize value from SalesPro.

 

Qualifications 

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer onboarding, technical support, or software implementation.
  • 1 year of experience as a Salesforce Administrator (Salesforce Admin certification is a plus).
  • Proficiency in API integrations, data mapping, and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, MuleSoft, Postman).
  • Basic coding skills (JavaScript, Python, or Apex) for automation and customization.
  • Experience managing web-based applications in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience with home improvement, construction, or field service industries.
  • Familiarity with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools for data migrations.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM customization and workflow automation.
  • Strong understanding of customer sales processes and business logic mapping.
