Job Description:
• Assists with development of digital content for the sales organization. • Assists with ensuring that all e-learning, classroom, field, and other training materials are current; supports the collection of both eLearning and relevant training materials to ensure that key products, features, and sales tools are adequately represented to help sales be more successful. • Assists with providing regular updates to key stakeholders. • Updating workflows in Salesforce.com (or another CRM system) on an as needed basis to support Sales Enablement/ Direct Sales programs. • Develop and implement efficient ways to streamline and improve data capture systems. • Assisting with GTM (go-to-market) product efforts by auditing product pages • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as/when needed, including Mid-Year sales meetings and Sales Kick-Off Meetings. • Aid Sales Managers with crucial research tasks, focusing on understanding client needs, identifying market trends, and providing actionable insights for personalized customer engagement strategies • Participate in other projects or duties as needed. • Support organizing, scheduling, planning, liaison with subject matter experts/speakers and content creation for quarter kick off meetings of the European sales team. • This position requires some degree of flexibility with working hours, as we would like you to be occasionally available to attend meetings during European working hours, sometimes starting at 7:00-8:00am EST.
