Min 2.5 years of proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role (experience in the tourism industry is a plus). Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar). Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and booking software is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Core responsibilities:

Manage and organize email inboxes, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Assist in scheduling and coordinating tour bookings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filing. Update and maintain customer databases and booking systems. Support the operations team with logistics, vendor communication, and ensuring all materials and supplies are ready for tours. Assist with social media content creation and posting as needed, under the direction of the marketing team. Prepare and send out confirmation emails, itineraries, and promotional materials to customers. Coordinate with tour guides and clients to ensure smooth and timely operations. Maintain office systems, tools, and project management platforms, ensuring smooth collaboration across teams. Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
