Salary Range:
up to 1500 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (PST)

About the Company:

Position Overview:

The HR & Recruiting Assistant will play a key role in identifying, screening, and coordinating qualified candidates for part-time and hourly restaurant positions. They will ensure a smooth hiring process by sending top candidates for final interviews and handling onboarding paperwork for new hires.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and screen candidates for hourly and part-time restaurant positions.
  • Coordinate interviews and send qualified candidates to hiring managers for final interviews.
  • Ensure all onboarding paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain organized records of new hires and assist with onboarding logistics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve recruitment processes.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in recruiting or HR, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring needs simultaneously.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience recruiting for restaurants or hospitality roles.
  • Familiarity with HR software or onboarding platforms.
