About The Role: 
Outreach is transforming how Enterprisessell with AI. The team is looking for experienced principal and senior level product managers to join the team that is responsible for end-user Seller Experience and Growth. You will drive strategy and execution on product capabilities that are central to how sellers use Outreach, their collaborativeselling motions and build AI workflows that blend seamlessly into traditional selling models. 
Outreach is in a hyper-growth stage and is looking for product leaders who thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, bring in proven best practices that lead to measurable outcomes, and are excited to join one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies in a role that extends Outreach’s cornerstone strategies to win and grow the market. 
 

Your Daily adventure will include
  • Define, drive and produce results on key company strategies for adoption, engagement, growth and love for the product; all in a high impact, high visibility role 
  • Lead product discovery and roadmap sessions with customers and other business units to define product requirements, validate and ensure adoption of key user experiences; create, manage and deliver a commonly prioritized backlog aligned with company priorities 
  • Partner with a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, designers to identify, develop and operate re-usable UX Framework with AI/ML workflows based on Outreach’s knowledge data 
  • Partner with product marketing and other Go to Market teams to develop, enable and produce collaterals to effectively land Enterprise new logos and expansion opportunities 

  • Basic Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience building great products and platforms, including proven ability to generate clarity out of ambiguity, driving hard prioritizations and trade-offs, within strict timelines 
  • High EQ and intellectual horsepower. Curious but clarity oriented, strong people skills; can hype up diverse, cross-geotechnical teams to rally behind common product missions byemployingthe art (user love) and science (metrics-based growth) of product management to deliver results 
  • Strong project execution skills.  Effectively manage a project from start to finish, actively taking product improvement ideas from initial requirements through development and ultimately delivering them to customers as a launched feature or product update 
  • Strong analytical ability and data intuition; have built products and platforms that users love. Strong user empathy, deep understanding of customer needs, and strong motivation to solve customer problems from customer POV 

  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Built, managed and grownanAI SaaS product line insales and revenue space 
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MBA or related graduate degree preferred
