Who We’re Looking For: Senior Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for owning the vision, strategy, roadmap and execution of our next-gen product modules (Intelligent Systems), orchestrating the future where AI agents don't just follow instructions—they anticipate needs, solve complex problems, and create extraordinary value for our customers. 

The Role:

Own the vision, strategy planning, roadmapping, and execution for one or more products in our growing digital product portfolio. Prioritize multiple competing priorities while maintaining a rapid pace of product delivery. The ideal candidates will be equally analytical and strategic, they will own customer, market, and industry research, and work closely with design, engineering, sales, customer success and leadership teams. In this position, you will report directly to the VP of Product.


You are someone who:
 

  • Is driven by shipping products with a knack for owning the vision, strategy planning, and execution that create, drive, and deliver digital product strategies.
  • Possesses a been there, done that; level of experience with agile principles and practices in analysis.
  • 👀 "the big picture product strategy" and be able to carve that down through story maps, epics, user stories, and of course - prioritize them!
  • Has deep experience bringing various parties together to deliver a solution ➡ market. Versatile and enthusiastic to take on new problems and adapt plans swiftly based on team inputs and changing business needs.
  • Instinctively knows which AI features will make users go "wow" vs "why?"
  • Articulates a problem statement, including complex ones, with exceptional clarity.
  • Will bring new thinking and techniques to bear involving how you might overcome a challenge or roadblock. Past experience successfully taking on 'complex' projects. Example definitions of 'complex' include: 
    • Previous projects in an unfamiliar business, content, or technology domain (startup experience preferred)
    • Ability to project new challenging facilitation needs 
    • Negotiating among multiple product owners and stakeholders to determine priority on a unified backlog. 
  • Can explain neural networks at both a dinner party AND a board meeting 🙂
  • Might already be dreaming about what our agents could do next 💭🌙

Requirements:

  • Owning the product vision, strategy planning, roadmapping, and execution to deliver digital product(s) from 0 to 1. We would expect this individual to have 7 to 10+ years of professional experience as a Product Manager/Leader 
  • Passionate for topics of intelligent systems & AI technology products with the ability to identify possibilities to innovate in our product space.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong inclination towards action, preferably with experience shipping digital products. 
  • Implement Agile Methodologies, ensuring rapid prototyping, regular feedback loops, and continuous improvement
  • Build and develop durable relationships across all departments in the organization: Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Operations to support collaborative and effective product processes. 
  • Identify and anticipate risks/issues and proactively finds solutions to any obstacles. 
  • Clear communicator (written & verbal) across cross-functional teams and to C-suite stakeholders 
  • Operate using data-driven processes to turn a vision into an actionable roadmap 
  • Drive product analytics to understand feature usage, comprehension, and optimization 
  • Able to distill product roadmaps into digestible and relevant presentations to key customers and partners 
  • Define and manage metrics to measure the success of your efforts and to inform the overall product strategy. 
  • Proven ability to transform customer and business needs into actionable plans with resource allocation

What you will do:

  • Drive the vision, strategy planning, and execution. Create, drive and execute product strategy for one or more products in our growing digital product portfolio. 
  • Communicate effectively (written & verbal) and translate product strategy vision into action by executing on business case development, competitive analysis, product-market fit, product differentiation, and serve as the “voice of the customer.” 
  • Influence others to think big about where we are headed and how we will get there.
  • Obsess over customer experience and be the loudest voice as their champion inside of the company. Always pushing the team to💡customer first. Use customer feedback, detailed market analysis, and data gathering to make decisions about product strategy. 
  • Engage in discovery/test + learn activities to quickly prove assumptions and product direction. Validate product concept(s), building Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), and rapidly iterate based on user feedback to achieve product-market fit. 
  • Develop KPIs to determine the best course of action to meet your goals. (i.e. usage and growth metrics, and quality benchmarks to measure and track product and team performance)
  • Communicate complex and innovative concepts to a new product development team.
