Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Paid Media Account Manager to lead successful digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of paid media strategies, strong client relationship management, and the ability to optimize campaigns for maximum performance. You will be responsible for setting up, managing, and analyzing paid media campaigns while mentoring team members and collaborating across departments to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Management & Strategy
  • Own client relationships, proactively addressing challenges and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Develop data-driven paid media strategies that align with client goals.
  • Set measurable KPIs and optimize media budgets for optimal ROI.
  • Present campaign performance, insights, and next steps in client meetings.

  • Campaign Execution & Optimization
  • Independently manage and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Programmatic DSPs, etc.).
  • Monitor performance metrics (ROI, CTR, CPA) and make strategic adjustments.
  • Execute A/B testing and continuously refine strategies to improve results.
  • Ensure campaigns align with SEO strategies for integrated digital marketing success.

  • Team Leadership & Development
  • Mentor junior team members and share industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Client Services, Sales) to ensure campaign success.
  • Lead testing initiatives to improve campaign efficiency and innovation.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Analyze campaign data, develop insights, and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Utilize data visualization tools to present trends and opportunities.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting to clients and stakeholders.

  • What you'll Need ( Requirements)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
  • Certifications in Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, Facebook for Brands, and HubSpot Reporting (or willingness to obtain post-employment).
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience managing paid media campaigns in an agency or in-house environment.
  • Expert knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics and bid management tools.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail.
