UDAP Compliance BA
Location: Remote (EST)
Pay: $60-75/hr

Looking for a contractor to support Legal and Regulatory Compliance. Candidates should have experience in compliance testing/assessment, tracking data, conducting follow-up, and monitoring. The role will have a focus particularly on the area of Unfair, Deceptive Acts or Practices (UDAP) compliance. Works directly with internal customers to understand the business environment and needs.

The client is seeking a Business Analyst IV to perform assessment, project management and tracking activities relating to compliance with applicable laws, regulations and supervisory guidance that are applicable to client with a focus on UDAP.

Technical skills in eGRC platforms, SharePoint, and document management are also desired.

Responsibilities:

Assisting with UDAP-related projects, including training, stakeholder engagement, and project management
Tracking and assessing regulatory alerts applicable to Client
Conducting follow-ups with applicable business units
Reviewing related policies, procedures, and job aids
Entering, managing, and analyzing data
Managing multiple projects
Identifying and escalating issues to management promptly

Qualifications:

UDAP experience required
Experience conducting assessment activities in compliance, audit, operational risk, or related function
Strong written and verbal communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team member to facilitate effective enterprise-wide compliance
Proven ability to complete projects efficiently with high attention to detail and excellent time management skills
