Job Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri with on-call responsibilities

Job Location: Reports to Westville, NJ and covers central and south Jersey


Requirements
  • Must be a graduate of an accredited Respiratory School
  • Must have current RCP state licensure in the state inquiring employment and in good standing 
  • Must be willing to get cross-licensed in other states at the company’s expense
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance in good standing
  • At least 1 year experience as a working Respiratory Therapist is required
  • Experience in the home care setting is highly desirable
  • RRT certification required 
  • Current CPR- BLS certification required
  • Must have adequate PC skills to use e-mail and update notes and other documentation electronically in a timely manner


Job Responsibilities, included but not limited to:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with patients and families, providing timely and accurate information to ensure satisfaction 
  • Develop good working relationships with referral sources
  • Plan daily events efficiently, minimizing travel time
  • Schedule setups and follow-up visits per company policies
  • Coordinate patient discharges with RT Clinical Liaisons
  • Triage field problems according to company standards and training policies
  • Ensure accurate, timely documentation of patient concerns and corrective actions
  • Apply PromptCare’s SOPs consistently
  • Maintain compliance with laws, regulations, and SOPs
  • Foster a culture of “white glove” service
  • Submit monthly travel expense reports promptly
  • Handle on-call responsibilities as needed
