About the Role
The Sr. Talent Acquisitions Recruiter role radically improves healthcare by attracting, sourcing, and acquiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of our healthcare organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers and department leaders to understand their staffing requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure the seamless onboarding of qualified professionals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, strong sourcing capabilities, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Strategic Recruitment:
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and understand staffing needs in the healthcare sector.
Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top-tier healthcare professionals.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor practices to inform talent acquisition strategies.
Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry associations, to identify and attract qualified healthcare candidates.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future healthcare positions.
Relationship Building:
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, department heads, and external partners.
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on market trends, candidate availability, and recruitment best practices.
Employer Branding:
Contribute to the development and enhancement of the organization's employer brand in the healthcare sector.
Promote a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
Work collaboratively with other members of the talent acquisition team to share best practices, resources, and insights.
Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to enhance overall recruitment effectiveness.
Requirements for the Role
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. or similar experience.
Professional certification in HR or Recruitment (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) welcomed.
Experience:
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or Recruiter with a focus on healthcare roles.
In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and specific job requirements.
Strong sourcing skills, including the use of social media and other online platforms.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
We take into account an individual’s qualifications, skillset, and experience in determining final salary. This role is eligible for health insurance, life insurance, retirement benefits, participation in the company’s equity program, paid time off, including vacation and sick leave. The actual offer will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate’s qualifications, years of experience, skillset, and geographic location. The expected salary range for this position is:
$84,355 - $135,700 Salary
