Job description

Role Overview:

Key role in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining automated systems to improve efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.

About the role :

  • The ideal person for this role should have strong background in various skills and technologies for Rotational Shift role. They should be proficient with Windows 10/11, OS, and mobile devices, including both Android and iOS. It's essential that they have experience working in a helpdesk ticketing environment and are familiar with ITIL policies and procedures, particularly in incident, request, knowledge, and problem management. Experience with Office 365 administration and its applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is also highly desirable.
  • We're looking for someone who can enable the smooth creation, testing, and incorporation of automation tools to enhance our business operations. They should be capable of addressing any issues with automated processes to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently, making adjustments as necessary.
  • The candidate should have experience in creating and testing automation solutions using JavaScript, Python, and VBScript, along with Power Automate, MS Copilot, and RPA platforms such as Automation Anywhere (A360). A basic understanding of any RDBMS, such as SQL, would be beneficial.
  • Excellent customer service skills are necessary, and we're looking for someone who brings an enthusiastic and 'can-do' attitude to their work.

About you:

  • We are looking for 2 to 4 years of candidates Automation Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in process automation, Proficiency in RPA robotics is essential. Knowledge of Python, SQL, or other automation-related programming languages is also a must.
  • The ideal candidate should possess excellent problem-solving, analytical, troubleshooting, and strong communication skills.
  • Certification in automation systems or process control would be a plus.
