Infopro Digital, the B2B group specializing in information and technology, is currently looking for an Account Manager on a permanent contract to strengthen the team within it's Haynes brand.

Haynes Group are looking for an ambitious, experienced Account Manager to join our sales team. It is an exciting time to join the organisation as you will be instrumental in driving new business growth and expansion. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities through the sale of our current UK product range.  

The position will suit an established professional with a proven record of securing new revenue streams from existing customers. The right candidate will be someone who understands the importance of collaboration, ownership, integrity and excellent customer service. 

What the role involves 

  •   Adopting a consultive lead approach, responsible for delivering a pure revenue growth model, through actively identifying and securing new revenue / new business opportunities within an existing customer portfolio.
  •  Responsibility for proactively managing and successful securing existing customer contract renewals, across the designated portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain strong, high value, long-lasting trusted advisor client relationships with all key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Consult with clients to craft solutions and value propositions, meeting their specific objectives, needs and demands.
  • Facilitate complex negotiations, leading to long-term agreements and client commitments.
  • Develop a strong personal network of contacts, continually be aware of the market changes and needs in terms of both clients and competitors and provide valuable information back into the business.
  • Collaborate with peer group to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
  • Develop, initiate and manage a territory plan that generates sufficient pipeline to meet annual quota and targets.
  • Supporting the wider activities of Haynes Group business in the UK

Requirements

  • Demonstratable experience and success of working in a value proposition based, data, software and analytics sales environment.
  • Strong sales skills and demonstrable track record of business development and revenue growth.
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions aligned to customer needs, demands and objectives.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Proven ability to coordinate activities and manage multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail and planning.
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal, written communication and analytical skills
