Job Requirements:

  • 2-3 years proven experience as a virtual assistant or administrative assistant. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in digital communication tools and office software, including Microsoft - preference for prior CRM experience. 
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to new tasks. 
  • Attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive information.

Core responsibilities:

  • Manage emails, calendars, and appointments efficiently. Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required. 
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients and stakeholders. 
  • Draft and proofread emails, memos, and other communications. 
  • Conduct research and gather information to support projects and tasks. 
  • Organize tasks, deadlines, and deliverables, coordinating project logistics and maintaining digital files. 
  • Record emails and information where appropriate (on Onedrive and Sharepoint) Record billing times and information on Actionstep.
