Minimum 2.5 years proven experience in managing social media platforms, particularly TikTok and Instagram. Strong creative skills with the ability to produce engaging content. Excellent communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Familiarity with social media analytics tools and metrics. Ability to work independently while closely following the owner’s directives. Knowledge of current social media trends and popular culture. Proficiency in photo and video editing tools is a plus.

Core responsibilities:

Content Creation: Develop and execute engaging social media content for TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms, focusing on promoting the store’s current product lineup. Brand Representation: Represent the brand consistently across all social media channels, following the owner’s guidelines to maintain the desired brand voice and image. Customer Interaction: Respond to customer messages and comments on social media promptly, addressing inquiries, and fostering positive community engagement. Campaign Execution: Assist in running social media campaigns and promotions as directed by the owner, including giveaways, sales announcements, and influencer collaborations. Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to the owner based on engagement and reach. Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, popular hashtags, and emerging platforms to keep the brand relevant and engaging. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the E-Commerce Assistant and the owner to ensure a cohesive marketing and customer service approach across all platforms.
