Location: Resource can be based in USA or Canada (USA preferred)
- Designs and defines information technology (IT) system architecture for integration of multiple platforms, operating systems, and applications across the enterprise.
- Determines systems specifications, input/output processes, and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility and maintenance of system security.
- Coordinates design of subsystems and integration of total system.
- Identifies, analyzes, and resolves program support deficiencies. Develops and documents the framework for integration and implementation for changes to technical standards.
- Assists in the development of and manages an architecture governance process.
- Be a trusted partner/lead for projects, events, enhancements, and ongoing support.
- Communicate and build productive working relationships with all levels of the organization as well as with other IT teams and vendors
- Leverage advanced technology and liaise with vendors to deliver innovative, cost-effective, ITSM services.
- Troubleshoot and lead resolution of major/minor ServiceNow incidents
- Create and maintain all aspects of our Service Catalog (workflow, etc)
- Experience creating ServiceNow update sets, promoting and testing through multiple instances and into production.
- Participate as subject matter expert in architectural design, build, and deployment.
- Define, document, and adhere to a governance model that stabilizes/protects the environment.
- Perform installation and testing of vendor-provided updates and new releases
- Work with business users to identify and refine business requirements and workflows
- Providing ServiceNow configuration and customization assistance including, but not limited to: screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, LDAP integration, custom scripting and third party software integrations.
- Designing, configuring and customizing new applications and modules
- Develop UI forms, fields, notifications, workflows and JavaScript server/client code
- Analyze system processes and develop enhancements to improve user experience and general system usability.
- Perform functional testing of system applications and updates/enhancements.
- Work with users to fully utilize the ServiceNow product suite.
- Process and prepare data for uploads to systems during implementations.
