We are seeking an entry level Associate Account Manager for our Google Marketing Platform (GMP) Operating Unit. This role is designed to support our Account Management team with client service excellence with many GA360 license only clients. The perfect candidate is someone who can create, keep track of and maintain license agreements for 25-30 clients. This individual will be trained to know how to or pull in the right resources when these clients have questions or requests.

Information Security Responsibilities
  • Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
  • Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
  • Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
  • Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information

  • Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with your clients and the Account Managers you support, ensuring their needs are met with the highest satisfaction
  • Work with business development on contract renewals and negotiations, focusing on enhancing service offerings and solidifying long-term client partnerships
  • Organize training and handling of events for Advanced Analytics, Media, Analytics Platforms, and GMP OU
  • Accounting support to ensure accurate invoicing
  • Coordinate and own the GA360 license renewals for all Business Unit (BU) accounts
  • Willing and able to operate in a rapidly growing, matrixed environment.

  • Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent consulting agency experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and in-person
  • Proven organizational skills and focused attention to detail
  • Customer service or client service experience a plus
  • Comfortable with digital systems such as Jira, Salesforce, and Time Tracking systems.
  • Desired computer skills include; Microsoft Office Suite, Slack/Teams, Google Office Apps, Jira and Confluence
  • Google Analytics or Marketing Platform knowledge is a plus.
  • Must be the type of person who isn’t afraid to ask questions, is truly flexible and able to adapt to new responsibilities when needed, and prefer to take the initiative to do both
