Job Title:

Benefits Senior Specialist

Job Description

The Benefits Senior Specialist is responsible for supporting Concentrix Total Rewards strategy by providing expertise and oversight in designing, evaluating, analyzing, implementing, and administering benefit programs that align to our business strategy and are designed to attract, reward, and retain highly qualified employees.
  • Analyze, design, and implement the organization's benefit programs, including but not limited to, health and welfare plans, retirement plans, executive benefit programs, local allowances, voluntary benefit programs, discount programs, or benefit technology and tools
  • Understand market conditions and best practices and apply to benefit philosophy, strategic plans, and organizational changes to ensure benefit policies and programs are aligned; partners with stakeholders to develop and implement creative and proactive solutions to remain compliant and competitive
  • Manage the global budget, participation, analysis of benefit surveys and ensure integrity, accuracy, and maintenance of benefits-related data
  • Conduct complex cost modeling for benefit initiatives, partnering with Finance stakeholders 
  • Lead execution and design of benefit programs and processes
  • Lead benefit program evaluation efforts and ad-hoc analysis
  • Create communication materials and conduct training related to benefit programs as needed  
  • Proactively seek out and maintain a working knowledge of legislation that may affect benefit policies/practices, reviews trends, and/or advancements in technology to develop recommendations and execute changes and improvements

Candidate Profile:

  • 5 Years of Experience on a similar role
  • Experience with Workday - preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to effectively present information to internal and external associates.
  • Minimum B2 English
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills; Advanced Excel skills.
  • Proven ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership with focus on continuous improvement.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret.
