About the role:

As a Business Solutions Associate, you will play a supporting role in assisting customers with the adoption and implementation of Pacvue’s solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our customers receive excellent support and guidance on how to best utilize our platform. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in SaaS and gain hands-on experience in value selling, internal and customer support, and data analysis. 

 Responsibilities:

  • Learn and understand Pacvue’s products and solutions to assist bringing the voice of the customer into everything we do.
  • Support Business Solution Partners and Account Executives with pre-sales support, including presentations, data analyses and training sessions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in eCommerce and SaaS solutions.
  • Assist in documenting customer interactions and maintaining organized records. 

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Some experience in a customer support, sales, or marketing role. SaaS, CPG or media experience a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Eager to learn, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively.
  • Comfortable working with data and analytics tools with a focus on generating the next steps, outcomes, and impact.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with teams in a fast-paced environment.
