Job description

Tasks required

  • Analyze customer purchase behavior across platforms like Klaviyo, Meta (Facebook), Google Analytics, and Shopify.
  • Provide insights into customer segmentation, identifying key demographics, purchasing patterns, and customer lifetime value.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns based on customer insights.
  • Create detailed reports and dashboards that present customer trends, purchasing habits, and engagement metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing strategies with data-driven recommendations.
  • Measure and track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and customer engagement efforts.
  • Use customer data to support retention and loyalty strategies.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in data across all marketing platforms.
  • Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Data Analyst or a relevant role is required
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong experience with marketing analytics tools (Klaviyo, Meta, Google Analytics, Shopify, Amazon, Hubspot, Triple Whale, Lifetimely)
  • Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Excel, Tableau, etc.)
  • Familiar with Pay Per Click
  • Strong ability to identify trends and patterns in customer data.
  • Experience in customer segmentation and marketing analytics.
  • Four key attributes are needed: high intelligence, problem-solving/initiative, dependability, and ability to access and navigate relevant APIs.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
