Project Overview
Next Generation WAM (Work Area Manager) is an advanced solution for managing medium to large medical laboratory workflows. It offers a real-time, consolidated view of lab operations, ensuring precise and customizable workflow management.
The system connects and monitors lab analyzers and other devices, automating order management, result validation, and reporting to external systems.
Designed to optimize lab efficiency, Next Generation WAM streamlines daily operations, enhances productivity, and supports seamless connectivity across multiple lab locations, enabling lab staff to focus on critical tasks while ensuring complete traceability and control over test processes.

Role Overview
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Software Tester who is passionate about improving healthcare technology. Your work will directly contribute to how laboratories manage workflows, connect devices, and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, analyze, and update test strategies for various test cases, regressions, and automation projects.
- Review and validate software requirements, use cases, and user stories to ensure alignment with testing strategies.
- Participate in agile planning, estimation, and team discussions.
- Design, execute, and maintain test automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver & C#.
- Create comprehensive test documentation for manual and automated test cases.
- Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring thorough replication steps for issue resolution.
- Advocate for best testing practices, including automation, tooling, and process improvements.
- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product managers to refine testing processes.

What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in both automation & manual testing.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in English (written & spoken).
