The Automation Engineer will be responsible for leading the design and architecture of Research automation solutions for various business processes in the Mayo Clinic Research domain. They will leverage their expertise in RPA technologies, low-code/no-code platforms, and scripting languages to create efficient, scalable, and reliable automation workflows. They will collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams at Mayo Clinic to understand the requirements, challenges, and opportunities for automation.
Required:
At least 5 years of experience in automation design and architecture using RPA tools, low-code/no-code platforms, and scripting languages.
At least 2 years experience developing RPA solutions with UIPath
Experience integrating automation solutions with various systems and applications using APIs, web services, databases, etc.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Ability to convert to Mayo Employee in the future without requiring Visa sponsorship
Desired:
Experience with other RPA technology low-code/no-code platforms like Microsoft Power Platform/Power Automate and Sharepoint
Experience in designing and architecting automation solutions for the healthcare industry is preferred.
Certification in RPA tools, low-code/no-code platforms, or scripting languages is a plus.
