The Strategic Alliances team works to identify and build mutually beneficial relationships with influential leaders, executives, philanthropists, and influencers in entertainment, sports and media to advance the Stand Together community’s mission. As a Strategic Alliances Senior Associate, you will support the Managing Director’s work in outreach and relationship development. This in-office position will be based in our Arlington, VA headquarters.
How You Will Contribute
Conduct in-depth research and analysis on prospects, trends, and influencers to inform our partnership strategy.
Manage a large contact database and utilize it to identify prospective partners.
Represent the Strategic Alliances team at internal and external meetings, conferences, and events.
Serve as a thought partner and sounding board for the Managing Director of Strategic Alliances.
Support the Managing Director in tracking deadlines and project management.
Manage the Director’s social media presence and develop a content strategy that will drive influencer engagement.
Develop materials for board meetings and presentations.

The ability to develop strategies, be a thought partner, and robustly participate in our challenge process.
Grantee strategy and process experience is a plus but not a requirement.
A working knowledge of the MS Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint.
