Key responsabilities:

Develop and implement digital health solutions and strategies for the Province of BC.

The specialist team is required to have:

20+ years of experience with digital transformation in the Province of BC.
Direct experience developing province-wide, digital health strategies and enterprise architecture and strategy.
Extensive experience in strategic planning related to digital transformation for healthcare, developing and implementing digital health solutions, and driving digital healthcare transformation.
10+ years of experience managing and delivering large scale, multi-year provincial initiatives.
Deep knowledge, experience and insights into the nuances of the BC healthcare system, its business processes, and digital transformation priorities.
Executive-level experience working within and effectively engaging across complex multi-stakeholder landscapes.
Proven record in developing transformation roadmaps for executive leadership.
Extensive experience and deep understanding of business system and process transformation.
