  • The job description is : The Sourcing Recruiter/Talent Research Specialist will work on the Talent Acquisition (TA) team, supporting EBS / EO Sourcing needs. The TA team is an internal centralized group that supports the human capital needs of Lockheed Martin enterprise wide. Sourcing specialists within TA do not perform full life cycle recruiting; instead, they focus on “the hunt,” generating prospects and candidates for our critical and hard to find skill sets.
  • Primary responsibilities include:
  • Researching and sourcing resumes from varied sources, with a particular focus on internet and networking research, for skills in support of ongoing hiring needs and talent pipelines;
  • Creating targeted sourcing strategies for niche and commodity skills;
  • Designing and executing research projects into competitor organizations, including direct outreach to prospects;
  • Collaborating with internal sourcing and recruiting teammates and management to achieve Talent Acquisition goals;
  • Leading with sourcing industry best practices and effective innovations to raise the bar on internal sourcing expertise;
  • Networking both externally and internally to gain access to more prospective candidates and to keep current on “all things sourcing.” Yearly Measurements

Additional Duties Assigned
 
Looking to frame out the FSP market. Would be looking to identify competitive info on the major players in the FSP market and create the full FSP talent pool (i.e. candidates that have FSP, location where they work, what company they work for, skill sets, are they good at what they do). We are looking to complete this over the next two years.
