Job description

  • Schedule and organize the calendar, meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Monitor and maintain inbox organization and respond to emails.
  • Track and organize tax-related documents.
  • Act as a point of contact between the client and employees.
  • Support sales activities.
  • Schedule and book travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodations.
  • Manage home vendors and coordinate services.
  • Schedule and oversee property repairs.
  • Provide property management support, including payment tracking, property registrations, and screening new tenants.
