Responsibilities

Manage comprehensive bookkeeping tasks for multiple clients using QuickBooks Online
Master and utilize cutting-edge restaurant-specific accounting software
Perform accurate and timely bank and credit card reconciliations
Efficiently process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring prompt payments and collections
Prepare detailed financial statements and reports, providing valuable insights to clients
Collaborate with the team to execute month-end and year-end closing procedures
Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and team members
Adapt to new accounting technologies and methodologies as the company expands its services
Contribute to the development of best practices and process improvements

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in bookkeeping or accounting
Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online
Solid understanding of accounting principles and best practices
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data
Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines
Proven track record of working independently and thriving in a team environment
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
Willingness to learn new software and adapt to evolving industry standards
Experience with restaurant accounting is a plus, but not required
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
