Role Overview:
We are looking for a Delivery Manager – Affiliate Partnerships to manage the seamless execution of affiliate campaigns for our global advertisers. The ideal candidate will have strong connections with international and global supply partners and be experienced in working across different regions and markets. You will be responsible for ensuring that the campaigns operate smoothly, meet performance goals, and maintain high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Oversee the delivery of affiliate marketing campaigns across various verticals, focusing on performance marketing models such as CPI (Cost Per Install), CPD (Cost Per Download), CPL (Cost Per Lead), CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), and CPC (Cost Per Click). Ensure all campaigns meet their KPIs.
International Supply Partner Coordination: Maintain and expand relationships with global and international supply partners, ensuring access to premium inventory and efficient campaign delivery.
Client Coordination: Serve as the primary post-sale contact for direct advertisers, ensuring their campaigns align with the agreed terms and their goals are met.
Project Implementation: Collaborate with sales and account teams to smoothly transition new deals into live campaigns, managing the entire delivery process from setup to reporting.
Performance Optimization: Track and analyse campaign performance, making adjustments to optimize results and meet client expectations.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams, including sales, product, and analytics, to ensure smooth communication and timely resolution of any campaign issues.
Reporting & Insights: Provide clients with regular performance updates and actionable insights, helping them understand the value delivered by their affiliate campaigns.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all campaigns meet quality standards and comply with the terms agreed upon with direct advertisers, while also adhering to industry best practices.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in campaign management, delivery, or account management roles within affiliate marketing or digital media.
Established connections with international and global supply partners to ensure access to high-quality traffic and inventory.
Experience working with performance marketing models, especially CPI, CPD, CPL, CPA, and CPC.
Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns across different sectors like gaming, fintech, financial services, and education.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms and CRMs for campaign management.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
