Job description

We’re looking for a Partnership Manager to drive strategic collaborations with platforms and aggregators. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of fostering relationships, ensuring seamless integrations, and unlocking growth opportunities in the competitive iGaming space.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with platforms and aggregators, acting as the primary point of contact for inquiries, updates, and support.
  • Take full ownership of commercial performance, working towards revenue targets, goals, and objectives.
  • Identify and prioritize potential partners in collaboration with the Client Activation Manager.
  • Oversee invoicing, payment updates, and debt control to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements alongside the legal team, ensuring compliance and mutual value.
  • Lead game integration and launch processes, coordinating timelines, maintaining quality standards, and resolving any technical or operational challenges.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, monitor competitors, and identify market opportunities to provide strategic recommendations.

 

Requirements:

 

  • 3+ years of experience in iGaming, with at least 2 years in Partnership or Account Management.
  • Languages: at least Upper-intermediate proficiency in English, fluent/native proficiency in Ukrainian is required.
  • Strong knowledge of the gambling ecosystem, including platforms and aggregators.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with an analytical mindset, structured approach, and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and partners in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a track record of delivering tailored solutions.
  • High attention to detail while balancing multiple priorities.
