Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Time Zone Flexibility)
Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000

About the Role

As a Bilingual (Spanish) Multi-Line Claim Consultant, you will be responsible for handling complex Commercial Trucking Claims, including both General Liability (GL) and litigated claims. This role demands proficiency in Spanish (both written and spoken) and requires a Florida Adjusters license along with relevant Florida experience in claims handling.

Responsibilities:

Investigate, evaluate, and adjust multi-line claims related to commercial trucking, General Liability, and litigated matters.
Establish reserves and/or provide reserve recommendations within established reserve authority levels.
Review, approve, or provide oversight of medical, legal, damage estimates, and miscellaneous invoices to ensure they are reasonable and related to the claims.
Negotiate settlements in line with Corporate Claim Standards and client-specific handling instructions.
Assist in the selection, referral, and supervision of external vendors (e.g., legal, surveillance, case management).
Maintain personal diary on the claims system and ensure proper documentation for all claims.
Assess and monitor subrogation claims for resolution.
Provide effective and timely coordination with clients, claimants, and other parties involved in the claims process.
Ensure compliance with CCMSI’s corporate claim handling standards and special client handling instructions.

Qualifications:

5+ years of multi-line claim experience with a focus on Commercial Trucking Claims and General Liability.
Florida Adjuster License and Florida experience are required.
Bilingual (Spanish) – Both written and spoken fluency is a must.
Experience with complex and litigated claims is required.
Ability to manage a caseload of complex claims while providing top-tier service to clients.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

Florida Adjusters License is required.
AIC, ARM, or CPCU designation is preferred but not required.
