Job Overview
Job Type: 6 month contractor role
Location: Remote - US (EST or CST time zone)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Change Management Expert with a specialization in Training and Communications to lead and drive the adoption of Salesforce across the organization. This role will play a critical part in ensuring a seamless transition and effective utilization of Salesforce by designing and delivering training programs, creating targeted communication strategies, and managing change initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management methodologies, exceptional communication skills, and hands-on experience with Salesforce implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Change Management Leadership:
⦁ Develop and execute change management strategies to drive Salesforce adoption across all levels of the organization.
⦁ Conduct change impact assessments to identify areas of resistance and readiness for Salesforce implementation.
⦁ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align change management activities with overall project objectives.
2. Training Development and Delivery:
⦁ Design and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to different user groups (end-users, managers, and executives).
⦁ Create engaging training materials, including presentations, job aids, e-learning modules, and user guides.
⦁ Deliver hands-on training sessions, workshops, and webinars to ensure users are confident and capable of utilizing Salesforce effectively.
3. Communication Strategy and Execution:
⦁ Develop and manage a targeted communication plan to keep stakeholders informed, engaged, and aligned throughout the Salesforce implementation process.
⦁ Craft compelling messages, newsletters, FAQs, and updates to highlight the benefits and progress of Salesforce adoption.
⦁ Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related communications across the organization.
4. Stakeholder Engagement:
⦁ Partner with business units, IT teams, and leadership to ensure alignment and support for change initiatives.
⦁ Conduct regular feedback sessions and surveys to gauge user sentiment and adoption progress.
⦁ Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to address concerns and mitigate resistance.
5. Monitoring and Reporting:
⦁ Track and report on Salesforce adoption metrics, training completion rates, and change management effectiveness.
⦁ Identify areas requiring additional support and implement corrective actions to address challenges.
⦁ Share success stories and case studies to reinforce the value of Salesforce across the organization.

Qualifications:
Experience:
⦁ 5+ years of experience in change management, training, and communications, preferably in technology or Salesforce-related roles.
⦁ Proven track record of leading successful change initiatives and training programs.
⦁ Experience with Salesforce implementation projects is highly desirable.
Skills:
⦁ Strong knowledge of change management principles and methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR).
⦁ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
⦁ Proficiency in developing and delivering training materials for diverse audiences.
⦁ Analytical mindset with the ability to assess adoption metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
⦁ Strong interpersonal skills to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
⦁ Familiarity with Salesforce functionalities, user roles, and processes.

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base annual salary commensurate with experience: $110,000 – 165,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
