ROLE:
As a UX Researcher at Reveleer, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our AI-powered healthcare platform. You will be responsible for understanding our customers’ needs, behaviors, and motivations to help us create user-centered products that are both useful and delightful. You will plan and conduct a variety of research studies, analyze findings, and communicate insights to drive data-informed decisions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and conduct user research: Utilize a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research methods, including usability testing, user interviews, surveys, card sorting, A/B testing, heuristic evaluations, ethnographic research, and field studies.
- Analyze and synthesize research findings: Translate complex data into clear, concise, and actionable insights.
- Communicate insights: Effectively share research findings and recommendations through presentations, reports, and other mediums to diverse audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Partner with product, design, engineering, and marketing teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Champion user-centered design: Advocate for the user by ensuring research findings are incorporated into the design and development process.
- Contribute to the growth of UX research: Help develop and refine research processes, methodologies, and best practices within the organization.
- Stay current on UX research trends: Continuously improve research methods and tools.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience: 1-3 years in a professional setting conducting UX research for SaaS platforms, enterprise software, complex web applications, native apps, or data-heavy interfaces.
- Open to travel: Ability and willingness to travel domestically as needed to meet with customers for research purposes (up to 10% of the time).
- Strong methodological foundation: Deep understanding of various research methodologies and their appropriate application.
- Excellent communication skills: Ability to clearly articulate research findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Passion for user-centered design: A genuine interest in understanding user needs and advocating for best interests on their behalf.
- Highly collaborative: A team player who can effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive, self-starter: Ability to contribute independently and as part of a team.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience in the healthcare industry (or other regulated industries).
- Experience with a variety of UX research tools (e.g. , UserTesting.com, survey tools, analytics platforms.

SALARY RANGE: $80,000 - $100,000 / annually
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
