As a Senior People Business Partner at Fullsteam and strategic consultant to our business leaders, you will play a pivotal role in aligning people strategies with business objectives, fostering a positive and productive work culture, and driving organizational success through effective talent management and employee engagement.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives, providing regular updates and proactive recommendations.
Lead and resolve complex employee relations matters, including performance concerns, investigations, policy violations, and disciplinary actions.
Proactively identify workplace trends and recommend HR interventions to address engagement, performance, and retention challenges.
Support and drive talent management programs, including performance management, and leadership development.
Drive initiatives related to organizational design, change management, and workforce optimization. Lead efforts to ensure the organization has the right people in the right roles.
Develop and implement strategies for employee development, succession planning, and retention.
Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Collaborate with HR COEs to roll out company-wide initiatives such as learning programs and change management processes.
Actively participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving business operations and organizational effectiveness.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.
Work to create a positive and inclusive workplace culture that reflects the organization's values.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations while staying abreast of changes and updates.
Lead by example, promoting a high-performance culture and accountability.

Proven experience in strategic talent management, organizational development, and change management.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and drive results.
Strong business acumen with the ability to address problems through a consultative approach.
Takes ownership of challenges, driving solutions with minimal supervision.
Demonstrates a forward-thinking approach by anticipating business needs and HR interventions.

Proficiency with an HCM system, preferably Workday.
Experience and Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on business partnership and employee relations.
HR certification (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CHRP, CHRL) is preferred.
