As a Senior People Business Partner at Fullsteam and strategic consultant to our business leaders, you will play a pivotal role in aligning people strategies with business objectives, fostering a positive and productive work culture, and driving organizational success through effective talent management and employee engagement.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives, providing regular updates and proactive recommendations.

  • Lead and resolve complex employee relations matters, including performance concerns, investigations, policy violations, and disciplinary actions.

  • Proactively identify workplace trends and recommend HR interventions to address engagement, performance, and retention challenges.

  • Support and drive talent management programs, including performance management, and leadership development.

  • Drive initiatives related to organizational design, change management, and workforce optimization. Lead efforts to ensure the organization has the right people in the right roles.

  • Develop and implement strategies for employee development, succession planning, and retention.

  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

  • Collaborate with HR COEs to roll out company-wide initiatives such as learning programs and change management processes.

  • Actively participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving business operations and organizational effectiveness.

  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.

  • Work to create a positive and inclusive workplace culture that reflects the organization's values.

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations while staying abreast of changes and updates.

  • Lead by example, promoting a high-performance culture and accountability.

  • Expertise in HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels.

  • Proficient in mediating conflicts and negotiations, finding win-win solutions that align with organizational objectives.

  • Ability to assess and mitigate risks related to employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and minimizing organizational exposure.

  • Proven experience in strategic talent management, organizational development, and change management.

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and drive results.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to address problems through a consultative approach.

  • Takes ownership of challenges, driving solutions with minimal supervision.

  • Demonstrates a forward-thinking approach by anticipating business needs and HR interventions.

  • Thrives in an evolving and high-energy work environment, adapting quickly to shifting business priorities.

  • Maintains composure under pressure and effectively manages competing deadlines.

  • Demonstrates agility in responding to changing business needs and HR challenges.

  • Proficiency with an HCM system, preferably Workday.

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on business partnership and employee relations.

  • HR certification (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CHRP, CHRL) is preferred.
